Looking for a way to get in top shape and get a leg up on competitors?

We are excited to now offer a Vertical Training Camp for Summer 2022, specially designed for athletes 13 and up of all sports who want to increase their vertical jump and prepare for high school tryouts. Our elite strength coaches Martin Arispe and Luca Rudich, who have worked with D1 athletes of all sports, NFL players, and even Olympians, are now offering this specialized training camp for athletes beginning the last week of June.

It's more than just a camp. 

Athletes who enroll in 2 or more weeks of the program will receive a personalized training calendar for the weeks enrolled, including registered dates of attendance, quick and easy at-home workouts, and tips for hydration and fueling your body for high intensity training.

We reward hard work.

For every 8 sessions your athlete attends, they will receive 1 free private or small group session with our coaches.
